Project Summary
The project is done as part of a cooperation between our Chair and the Institute for Football Management in Ismaning, and the RedBull Football Academy in Salzburg.
Goal is to apply machine learning techniques on data from football players for several use cases such as:
- Development prediction – probability that a young player will reach a professional level
- Relevance of various training attributes for the in-game performance
- Injury prediction and prevention
