Abstract

As the role of knowledge is becoming increasingly important in modern organizations, many companies struggle with the negative impacts of knowledge loss and effective reuse of existing knowledge. The goal of this research project is to evaluate the potential for context-aware systems in the field of knowledge management. In particular the project presents a structural model to implement context-awareness, by matching user with knowledge context. We use Machine Learning to train and improve a knowledge and user graph that represents the meta state of business entities.
